How long are the workouts?+
Sculpt in Six workouts are around 40 minutes, 3 to 4 times a week. With 1-1 coaching it's bespoke, you decide how long and how often. There are also express sessions from 10 to 20 minutes.
I've got a weekend away, should I start after?+
There's never a perfect time to start. I help you navigate social events, weekends away and holidays so you can stay on track while still enjoying life.
Will I be able to stick to it?+
You'll only fail if you give up, and this isn't a restrictive crash diet. Your plan is built around your goals and lifestyle. If something isn't working, we adjust it together.
Does this work for vegetarians or fussy eaters?+
100%. Whatever your food preferences, my plans are built for everyone.
What do I get when I sign up?+
You'll get your welcome pack, then set up on the app where everything lives: workouts, nutrition, progress, support chat and the community group.
